The club rules!
At Lyngby Thaiboxing, we believe that everyone should feel safe, respected and have a good experience.
We help and support each other during training and therefore also expect a positive tone, where our members take each other into account and show respect for the trainer. Our motto is that the good help the less good, that way everyone gets the best out of training. Equipment must also be treated with respect and must not be used without permission.
The club does not tolerate club members encouraging or participating in fights or other forms of violent behavior outside of training.
The club does not accept behavior and statements that are perceived as offensive or disrespectful.
Threats/violence/theft/vandalism as well as other offenses will result in immediate expulsion and membership will be cancelled. possibly police report will be made. It is not permitted to participate in training if the member is under the influence of drugs, drunk or otherwise that affects the ability to train safely.
Disease
In case of illness, the club member must stay at home.
You must be wearing clean indoor training clothes and generally be hygienic.
It is not permitted to be in the club with a back tag or (other) gang-related clothing.
Guests
The club member is welcome to bring a guest, as long as this does not interfere with the training. Children who do not have their own membership are welcome to stay in the hall during the member's training without disturbing the training. Pets are not allowed in Lyngby Thaiboxing.
Return of equipment
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, equipment purchased via Lyngby Thaiboxing can be returned in unused condition upon presentation of a receipt. We will exchange the item or refund the money.
Our return/exchange guarantee only applies to equipment purchased through the club and not via one of the partners, where the member himself is responsible for contacting the store in case of return/exchange with a third party.
Violation of the Club's Rules or failure to comply with the coaches' instructions may result in a warning, the imposition of a fee, expulsion, exclusion, cancellation of your membership or a report to the Police.

FILM AND PHOTO RECORDINGS
The club does not allow filming and/or photos for commercial use without a prior agreement. It is not permitted to film or take photos of others in the club or post them on online media without consent.
TERMS FOR ESTABLISHING MEMBERSHIP
When creating the membership, the club member must provide his name, address, e-mail, Danish telephone number, reg. no., account/card number and date of birth. If contact or bank/card details subsequently change, this must be notified to the club's chairman immediately. It is the club member's responsibility that the club has the member's correct contact information at all times.
PAYMENT
The membership must be paid on an ongoing basis by the club member/guardian or others who have assumed legal responsibility for the membership; including Other Payer.
Membership is charged every month via fixed bank transfer. The monthly payment for the membership and other fees/services is due on an ongoing basis at the agreed time, except at start-up, when the first membership period, as well as any establishment fee, is paid upon registration. The member is responsible for the membership and fees and services being paid on time.
MINORS AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
For persons under the age of 18 or unauthorized, parents/guardians must attend the club or use the club's website to register.
The parent/guardian guarantees that the minor complies with the club's terms and conditions and is liable for any claim that Lyngby Thaiboxing may have against the club member as a result of the membership.
The minimum age to train at Lyngby Thaiboxing is 10 years or close to that, regardless of guardian's consent.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Upon registration, the club member has had the opportunity for up to 2 free trial training sessions, and therefore had the opportunity to assess whether they wish to become a permanent member. The club member has a 5-day right of cancellation from the day the membership was signed up. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline will be postponed to the following weekday. To make use of the right of withdrawal, the club member must notify Lyngby Thaiboxing in writing before the expiry of the right of withdrawal at info@lyngbythaiboxing.dk or by filling in the contact form on the association's website. The club member is obliged to pay for the membership from the time the membership comes into force. It is the club member's responsibility to document that he/she has used the right of cancellation, if doubts arise about this later.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lyngby Thaiboxing is not responsible for loss/theft and damage that occurred during training, just as the club is not responsible for indirect losses. The club member is not entitled to raise claims for compensation or compensation if they are exposed to loss/theft of property during training.
The club member is not entitled to raise claims for compensation or compensation if the member's opportunities for training are reduced as a result of holiday/school closure, as well as other days when the school closes access to the gym. In the case of remodeling or maintenance work, damage/damage, repairs, cleaning, health or hygiene measures or other operational actions initiated by Trongårdsskolen.
The club member may be offered outdoor training or training elsewhere in cases where the school hall cannot be used, due to circumstances beyond the club's control and which could not be foreseen (force majeure).
The club member cannot therefore cancel the membership during the period in question, but can terminate the membership in accordance with the applicable termination rules.
The club member does not require prepaid membership fully or partially refunded or compensated immediately for such period. If the membership is still valid after the expiry of the mentioned period, the club will offset the value of the prepaid membership for the period in subsequent invoicing.
CHANGES
Lyngby Thaiboxing can continuously make price changes/adjust the Membership conditions. Changes will be announced in good time via the club's digital channels. If there are significant changes for the club member, the club will notify the change with a minimum of 45 days' notice via email
COMPLAINT
The club member can complain about his purchase of membership by contacting the club chairman via the club's contact form or by writing to melldisservice@lyngbythaiboxing.dk The club member also has the option of complaining about his purchase of membership by submitting a complaint to: Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
TERMINATION
The club member can terminate his membership at any time with one month's notice to the end of the current month. If, for example, the member terminates his membership on 10 November, the membership thus ends on 31 December. When terminating, first name, last name, address and date of birth must be given. Termination must be done in writing to info@lyngbythaiboxing.dk. The club member subsequently receives a confirmation of the termination from LT. If there is doubt as to whether a membership has been terminated, it is the responsibility of the club member/other payer to document that he/she has terminated the membership.
FAILURE OR LATE PAYMENT
The club charges a reminder fee if an amount due is not paid on time. If payment is not made by the specified due date, Lyngby Thaiboxing has the right to cancel the club member's membership, with prior notice to the end of the current month.
Lyngby Thaiboxing can expel/exclude the member from training at any time without notice, in the event of a significant breach of the club's rules.
PERSONAL DATA
We only register and store the data that is necessary to create you as a member, register for automatic payment service and communicate via email or telephone.
We can pass on your information if there is a legitimate interest, such as internal administrative matters, such as accountants, lawyers, debt collection agencies, etc.
In relation to certain treatments, it may be necessary to share your personal data with third parties. If you create a payment service agreement with us, we pass on your personal data to the relevant provider. We also pass on your information to the extent that we are obliged to do so, e.g. as a result of reporting requirements to public authorities such as SKAT. We pass on your personal information to recipients located in the United States (Google LLC, Snap Inc., LinkedIn Corporation and Facebook Inc.). We also use data processors located outside the EU/EEA (so-called third countries). The transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA that is assessed to have an adequate level of data protection does not require specific approval. Transfers to so-called unsafe third countries can take place on the basis of a number of different transfer bases that guarantee the necessary protection of the rights of the data subjects. An example of this is the conclusion of the EU Commission's standard contract provisions on data protection with the recipient.
