HOW TO GET STARTED

If Thaiboxing is new to you, read this and get off to a good start.
Everyone should be able to join and it should be easy and straightforward to get involved in. You don't need to have trained anything before, so regardless of whether you are used to the gym, running or something else, you can join. We adapt the training to suit everyone's level.

Thaiboxing is a contact sport with light sparring, there are no suits or belts.

We train in clothes that we can move in (t-shirts and shorts).
The only thing you need to bring is a water bottle, possibly a handbinder and a mouthguard, the rest we'll handle. So the initial costs are small.

If you have experience with Thaiboxing or other martial arts, you can bring your own equipment with you.

Everyone who wants to practice fighting must bring their own fighting equipment (mouth guard, skid guard, shin guards and gloves)
